My dentist recently stopped taking my insurance as in network. I love that dentist so much, but I needed four fillings done immediately. I called OLATHE West, and they were able to get me in the very next day. I spoke with a Mr. Josh, she was extremely kind and understanding and able to calm me down and assure me that everything would be fine. I was able to get in the next day and met with the sweetest front desk staff. I’m currently sitting in the waiting room and have yet to be seen, but the level of customer service so far has been Far and above any expectation I could’ve ever had. Very friendly staff, willing to help me out with my insurance. Doctor was easy to chat with and asked questions learning about my medical background as well as educating me on my oral health. I just hope they can learn to deal with my sense of humor and me in general. Great team up there they deserve a higher rating. Hygienist was pretty cool also taught me about new procedures and interesting test they had. Give them a shot. They're more patient then I am with this stuff.
